Observed the inside of the ice machine to be unclean with black-like and reddish color build up. Build up substance came off when inspector used alcohol wipes to wipe it out. CA: Surfaces of utensils and equipment contacting food that is not time/temperature control for safety food shall be cleaned: At any time when contamination may have occurred; preventing contamination.

Observed the bar drink reach in cooler shelves to be unclean. CA: Advised PIC nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.
