Observed serving tray lid sitting in hand wash sink. A hand wash sink shall not be blocked and should only be used for handwashing. COS: Removed and put up.

Observed single serve cups in box sitting directly on floor and serving plates in box were sitting on floor. Food equipment, utensils serving trays need to be stored 6 inches off floor.

Observed in Cold Hold stand up unit a box of Raw meat sitting on top of a box of ready to eat pancakes. Cold hold unit needs to be stacked in a proper manner in which raw food is sitting below ready to eat food products. COS: Once PIC saw this occurrence she asked a member of staff to correct and organize stand up cold hold unit.

Cold hold market display case is not currently working. Unit needs to be fixed and repaired to maintain proper cold hold temps for store food items.

Received food at improper hot hold temperatures food was received temped at 130- for sausage , eggs, potatoes. Temp records validated this, Discussed proper temps food needs to be picked up at and that it needs to be temped prior to leaving main campus and then upon arriving at the Runway Cafe for safety measures- food was heated to proper temp of 165 or above prior to service

Also make sure that sanitizing solution is being properly mechanically pulled through the nozzle at the three compartment sink.
