4-1A - food separated and protected

Observed raw beef stored above broccoli and zucchini in the WIC. CA: Food shall be protected from cross contamination by arranging each type of food in equipment so that cross contamination of one type with another is prevented. PIC will teach staff the hierarchy of food storage.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized

Observed the interior of the ice machine not clean. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold. PIC will have the ice machine cleaned.
16A - hot and cold water available; adequate pressure

Observed no hot or cold water at the employee hand washing sink near the WIC. CA: Water under pressure shall be provided to all fixtures, equipment, and nonfood equipment that are required to use water except that water supplied as specified under subsection (1)(k)1 and 2 to a temporary food service operation or in response to a temporary interruption of a water supply need not be under pressure. PIC will have the water issue fixed.

Observed the previous inspection score not posted at the drive thru window. CA: Food service establishments with drive-thru windows will post the current inspection report, and also have the inspection report posted so that a minimum of the top one-third of a copy of the current inspection report is visible through each window allowing customers to easily read the score, date of inspection and establishment information. PIC will post the current inspection score at the drive-thru window.
