Observed pink residue buildup on bottom of white panel in the interior of ice machine in the main kitchen. CA: Food contact surfaces must be maintained cleaned and sanitized. COS:PIC cleaned panel inside ice machine

Observed plates wet stacked in plate dispenser, plates and bowls wet stacked on shelves above and behind steam table and pans and containers wet stacked on shelf in dishwashing area of main kitchen. CA: Equipment and utensils must be properly air dried/adequately drained before stacked for food contact use.
