Observed employee cleaning in kitchen after breakfast hours and no person in charge designated. CA: Person in charge must be designated during operations in the kitchen. Must be corrected within 10 days
2-2A - management knowledge, responsibilities, reporting

The PIC could not provide documentation or otherwise satisfactorily demonstrate during the inspection, that all food employees and conditional employees are informed of their responsibility to report to management information about their health and activities as it relates to diseases that are transmissible through food. 2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(l) - handwashing sinks location/placement (pf)
Observed a plastic container stored in the handwashing sink and kitchen equipment, a glass container, a box of waffle mix, a bag of waffle mix and a bowl of apples stored in front of the handwash sink. CA: Handwash sink must be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employees to wash hands. COS: Employee removed the items from in and around the sink
2-2E - response procedures for vomiting & diarrheal events
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(6) - clean-up of vomiting and diarrheal events(pf)
PIC stated and showed that a bottle of pinesol is used to sanitize and disinfect vomit and fecal matter. CA: Person in Charge must provide proof during the inspection that a proper disinfectant would be utilized for responding to a vomiting or diarrheal event in the establishment. COS: PIC later showed a bactericidal bleach that they use for sanitizing dishes. I informed him that it can also be used for vomit and fecal events
13A - posted: permit/inspection/choking poster/handwashing

Observed permit posted in the office of the front desk above the cabinets in a location that is not conspicuous to the public. CA: Permit must be posted in public view.
