Observed damaged paint or water damage on ceilings, tub surface damage and/or shower wall stains in bathrooms. Observed clogged sinks in 2 rooms (Room Details below) CA: Toilet facilities must be maintained clean and in good repair

Observed black and reside buildup inside ice dispenser of building 2 (facing the pool). CA: Ice machine dispenser must be cleaned to sight and touch to avoid buildup

Observed housekeeping cart on 1st floor building 1 with 2 spray bottles with no labels and one spray bottle mislabeled. Observed housekeeping cart on 1st floor back building with 3 spray bottles with no labels. CA: Any spray bottle used in cleaning a tourist room or stored on the housekeeping cart shall be labeled with its contents
