Observed black residue buildup on soda dispenser between nozzles and dispenser at drive thru window of main kitchen. CA: Food contact surface must be cleaned to sight and touch. COS: PIC had employee clean soda nozzles and dispenser

Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(e) - cooling methods (pf, c)
Observed bag of open cut cabbage in the prep top cooler on top of covered containers and 2 large plastic containers of cabbage filled to top of container in walk in cooler not cooling properly. CA: Foods shall be cooled properly. COS:PIC moved cabbage to the walk in freezer to cool to 34 degrees F
