Observed Growers Pride orange juices stored in reach in freezer of main kitchen-no pasteurization statement on bottle CA: Pasteurized juices or juice in a commercially sterile hermetically sealed container (canned) must be served in facilities that serve highly susceptible populations. Must be corrected in 3 days.
2-2E - response procedures for vomiting & diarrheal events
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(6) - clean-up of vomiting and diarrheal events(pf)
Observed facility without vomit or fecal procedures. PIC unable to show proof of disinfectant effective against norovirus. CA: A food establishment shall have written procedures for employees to follow and an EPA registered disinfectant effective against Norovirus available on-site. Must be corrected in 3 days.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized

Observed food residue remaining on scoops, plates and bowls stored as clean on shelf in dishwashing area and in drawer under prep table in main kitchen. Ca: CA:Food contact surfaces shall be cleaned to sight and tough. COS:PIC moved equipment to be recleaned in dish machine.
