Observed old food stuck to food contact surface of metal and plastic containers stored in dish washing area of main kitchen. CA: Food contact surfaces shall be cleaned to sight and touch. COS:PIC removed dishes - placed in sink for re-cleaning

Observed several metal and plastic containers stacked wet on shelves in dish washing are of main kitchen. CA: Equipment and utensils shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food. COS: Employee restacked containers for adequate draining.
