Observed multiple TCS food items, prepped and stored in cold holding units, not date marked with the preparation date on them:
- Vegetables, sauces, proteins, etc. in the Roll Top Prep Cooler.

Observed heavy food debris on the outside of spice containers and bins throughout the kitchen area. Observed heavy food debris on the outside of dough maker.
