Observed multiple food items within the facility uncovered (raw fish in grill prep cooler, croutons near walk in cooler, coleslaw in prep top cooler, butter in ice bath, and pickles in the ice bath).

Observed strawberries stored in a container that is labeled as sour cream.
RCA: Ensure all food items are stored their original container, or they are properly labeled with dates and common name of food when outside of original container.

Observed sauce stored on floor in the walk-in cooler. Observed cups stored on the floor in the bar and back kitchen area.
RCA: All food product and food/nonfood contact surface items shall be stored at least 6" off the floor.
