Observed employee drinks stored in reusable cups and bottles stored above and on food contact surfaces. COS. Removed. CA: Employee drinks shall be in a single-use container with a lid and a straw and handled in a way to prevent contamination.

Observed meat stored in the vegetable prep sink. COS. Removed. CA: The vegetable prep sink shall be used for vegetables, fruits, and ready-to-eat foods.

Observed plates and bowls stored upright without overhead protection. COS. Burner plate placed. CA: Bowls and plates shall be stored with overhead protection or inverted to prevent contamination.
