Observed that the facility prepared food (hot dogs, sliced chese sticks) and was attempting to cool the products that they prepared by placing them into closed containers on the top of the prep top refrigerator. COS. Loosely covered and placed into the reach-in cooler. CA: Cooling methods shall be sufficient and appropriate to ensure items cool in the required time frame.

Observed that the piping under the hand sink is disconnected from the piping to the wastewater tank; water is leaking onto the floor, down the stairs of the unit, and onto the ground outside. COS. Piping shoved back together to stop immediate discharge; recommend permanently affixing pipes. CA: Plumbing system and fixtures shall be maintained in a state of good repair.
