Observed wet wiping cloths in main kitchen sanitizer bucket that was not at the proper concentration. Code: Wet wiping cloths shall be stored in sanitizer solution that is at the appropriate concentration between uses.

Observed gap at the top of the exit door near the restrooms. CA: Exterior openings shall be self-closing and tight fitting.

Observed a constant drip at the hand sink near the main prep area in the main kitchen. Code: Plumbing systems and fixtures shall be maintained and in good repair.

Observed handwashing sink with a gap between the wall and the sink. Code: equipment that is prone to splash or spillage shall be sealed to adjoining equipment or walls.
