Observed accumulation of debris/old food on food contact surfaces of the clean containers on the shelving in the warewashing area. COS. Containers were placed to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized again. Code: Food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch.

Observed that there was a leak under the 3-compartment sink. Code: Plumbing system and fixtures shall be maintained in a state of good repair.
