Observed unlabled spray bottles. COS. Labeled. Code: Working containers of chemicals shall be labeled with the common name of the product.
10D - food properly labeled; original container
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(d) - food storage containers identified with common name of food (c)
Observed containers of powders/seasonings that were unlabeled. COS. Labeled. Code: Containers of non-easily identifiable foods shall be labeled with the common name of the product.
14C - single-use/single-service articles: properly stored, used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(e)1&3 - single-service/single-use items stored 6" off floor in clean, dry location (c)
Observed that single-use items were stored upright without overhead protection at the concession stand; observed single-use items stored in the room storage room with exposed/open ventilation and duct work. Code: Single-use items shall be stored in a location and a manner that prevents contamination.

Observed accumulation of debris on the inside of units. Code: Equipment shall be thoroughly cleaned and cleaning frequency shall be enough to prevent accumulation of debris.

Observed mop stored in the mop bucket at the mop sink. COS. Mop hung to dry. Code: After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air dry without soiling the surroundings.
