Base violation: Observed employee drink stored in a reusable thermos. COS. Removed. Code: Employee drinks shall be stored in a single-use container with a lid and a straw and shall be handled to prevent contamination of food and food contact surfaces.

Observed that the bay windows/service windows of the bar that lead into the patio are not tight-fitting. Code: Exterior openings shall be tight-fitting and/or otherwise protected against pest entry.
