There is no verifiable documentation available onsite for inspection. The management company is not aware of the current CPO. The trained operator shall have a current certificate showing completion of an approved operator training course. A copy or the original certificate or documentation shall be available onsite for inspection by the Health Authority.

There is no documentation available to verify the CPO is performing or completing the required documentation. Written documentation of the operator’s visits must be available at the pool facility. At a minimum, the written record must indicate the condition of the pool and equipment.

Not all the pool risks are posted. Half of the sign is missing. Replace portion of Pool Risks sign that is no longer present.
