Observed employee drink stored in a bottle and in a single-use cup without a lid or straw. COS. Removed. Code: Employee drinks shall be in single-use containers with a lid and a straw and shall be handled to prevent contamination of food and food contact surfaces.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Observed hand sink in the kitchen was inaccessible due to dish stored in basin. COS. Sink emptied. Code: Hand sinks shall only be used for washing hands and shall be maintained clear and accessible.
12C - wiping cloths: properly used and stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(m) - wiping cloths, use limitation (c)
Observed wet wiping cloths stored on counters. COS. Wet wiping cloths placed into sanitizer buckets. Code: Wet wiping cloths shall be placed into sanitizer solution at the approprate concentration between use.
