The vacuum line is not covered with the correct fitting. The vacuum line shall be protected with a self-closing, self-latching fitting that complies with the current IAMPO SPS 4- Special Use Suction Fitting for Swimming Pools, Spas and Hot Tubs.

There is an equalizer line cover that does not have the correct cover. Remove cover and protect the equalizer line with the appropriate cover. The skimmer equalizer lines shall be protected by an approved cover/grated with a flow rating equal the maximum system flow divided by the number of skimmers in the system or the maximum flow rating of the skimmer, whichever is greater. Suction outlets shall be provided with a cover that has been tested and approved by a nationally recognized testing laboratory and shall comply with the current ANSI/APSP16 , Suction Fittings For Use in Swimming Pools, Wading Pools, Spas, and Hot Tubs. Must be corrected by routine inspection.

.18(17): there is no deck shower present at the facility A minimum of one rinse shower shall be provided on the pool deck of all public pools and spas. Water used for rinse showers may be at ambient temperature. Must be corrected prior to permitting next season.

The facility is unable to provide any water testing documentation as required. CA: Facility shall conduct water testing at the frequency required for each chemical. See information attached to email for more details on requirements.

The facility can not provide documentation that daily safety checks are preformed. A safety self-inspection shall be conducted daily by the trained operator or responsible person and documented on a log sheet.

The skimmer does not have a weir present. Each skimmer shall have a weir that adjusts automatically.

The facility was unable to provide the written documentation of the pool operators visits. CA: Facility shall be able to provide the written documentation from the pool operators visits that must occur at least 2 times per week.

The facility did not have proper signage; only the verbiage for no life guard on duty. CA: Where no lifeguard is on duty, a sign or signs shall be placed in clear view at or near the entrance to the pool and shall state in clearly legible letters at least four inches high “WARNING - NO LIFE GUARD ON DUTY and RISK OF DROWNING - SUPERVISE CHILDREN CLOSELY”.

There is no sign present indicating the complete list of all pool risks. sign will state under the heading “Pool Risks” the following items in clearly legible letters at least one inch high.

Observed that this stabilized pool had a free chlorine level of 1 ppm. CA: A stabilized pool shall have a free chlorine level of 2 ppm to 10 ppm.

observed that the pH of the pool water was 7.0. CA: pH for pools and spas shall be 7.2 to 7.8.

Observed that the flow meter was not working. CA: Pool shall have a flow meter able to read the flow of the system.
