Observed food stored uncovered. COS. Lids placed. CA: Food shall be stored covered.

Observed plates and bowls being used as scoops and stored in food. COS. Removed. CA: Scoops shall have handles and the handles shall be stored above the product line of the food.

Observed exposed raw wood in food prep area. CA: Non-food contact surfaces shall be constructed of a corrosion-resistant, nonabsorbent, and smooth material.

Observed accumulation of debris on the inside and exterior of reach-in coolers, corner of ice bin lid, and on shelves of walk-ins. CA: Equipment and non-food contact surfaces shall be cleaned and cleaning frequency shall be enough to prevent accumulation.

Observed accumulation of debris on the floors throughout the facility. CA: Facility shall be thoroughly cleaned and cleaning frequency shall be enough to prevent accumulation.
