Observed heavy accumulation of ice build up in the walk-in cooler from fan/condenser; ice is building up on the unit itself and is creating a large pillar of ice that is on/in a container staff placed to help collect the dripping water. CA: Equipment shall be thoroughly cleaned and cleaning frequency shall be enough to prevent accumulation of debris.
