Observed that the pavers at the second gate on the side of the pool closest to the parking lot had been removed and that there was a large hole under the fence next to the covered patio; both resulted in gaps larger than a 4-inch sphere. COS. Holes filled with peastone gravel. Code: Openings in barrier shall not allow the passage of a 4-inch sphere.

The words "No Diving" does not meet the minimum height requirements for the depth markers. The words "No Diving" and the universal international symbol for “NO DIVING” shall be permanently visible at the edge of the deck for water five feet in depth or less, placed only on the deck beside the depth markers, and shall conform to that outlined for depth markers. These must be in compliance prior to permitting 2028.

There are 2 barrier gates that do not close securely on the pool fence. These must be repaired and pool must remain closed until gates secure properly. Failure to provide and maintain a barrier to inhibit unauthorized access to the outdoor facility when required.

The emergency phone calls 911, but the operator indicates she is in Colorado. The address must be corrected so the local 911 emergency operations receives any emergency call. An operable, hard-wired, conventional telephone line or continuous powered source, weatherproof emergency phone shall be permanently installed in a conspicuous location within the pool enclosure and must be readily available to bathers at all times. The emergency phone shall be capable of connecting to 911 and electronically transferring an automatic number identification and automatic locator identification of the pool emergency phone to the public safety answering point, if available. A 911 sign or the names and phone numbers of the nearest available police, fire, ambulance service or rescue unit shall be posted nearby.

There is no available documentation to verify the daily chemical testing is done as required. The chlorine and pH must be tested twice daily for pools. The trained operator or responsible person shall collect water samples from the water in the pool for monitoring. A weir is not present in each skimmer. Replace weirs. Each skimmer shall have a weir that adjusts automatically to variations in water level over a minimum range of four inches.

There is an equalizer line cover that does not have the correct cover. The line is covered with an inlet cover. Remove inlet cover and protect the equalizer line with the appropriate cover. The skimmer equalizer lines shall be protected by an approved cover/grated with a flow rating equal the maximum system flow divided by the number of skimmers in the system or the maximum flow rating of the skimmer, whichever is greater.

.11(3)(e) There is no equalizer check valve and float valve assembly present in each skimmer. Each skimmer shall be equipped with a trimmer valve capable of distributing the total flow between individual skimmers.
