1 - barrier: pool enclosed/fencing in compliance
Regulation: 511-3-5-.18(11)(a) - (11) barriers. all outdoor swimming pools and spas shall be enclosed by a barrier to prevent entry to the pool area when the pool is closed. (a) the top of the barrier shall be at least forty eight inches above grade maesured on the side of the bar
There is no barrier to prevent unauthorized entry into the outdoor pool area. Failure to provide and maintain a barrier to inhibit unauthorized access to the outdoor facility when required. Further discussion can be done to determine the best route for this violation. This will need to be in compliance prior to permitting season 2027. CPO indicates this item is in the works with corporate office. Submit proposal to EH office prior to installation to ensure approval.
17 - skimmers/gutters maintained and operable
Regulation: 511-3-5-.11(3)(g) - (g) the skimmer equalizer lines shall be protected by an approved cover/grated with a flow rating equal the maximum system flow divided by the number of skimmers in the system or the maximum flow rating of the skimmer, whichever is greater.
The equalizer lines are not properly covered on the pool wall. These must be in compliance prior to permitting season 2027. Regulation: 511-3-5-.10(1)(c )1.ii. - (ii) the fitting shall not constitute a hazard to the user.
There is an inlet cover that is missing/in disrepair near the stairs at the upper pool (near spa). Replace inlet cover.

There is no universal symbol for No Diving present. The words "No Diving" and the universal international symbol for “NO DIVING” shall be permanently visible at the edge of the deck for water five feet in depth or less, placed only on the deck beside the depth markers, and shall conform to that outlined for depth markers. These must be in compliance prior to permitting 2028.
