Observed hair in the bathrooms. Room 316: hair on the toilet Room 327: hair on the tub Room 460: Hair on the tub Toilet/lavatory/bathing facility fixtures and rooms clean and maintained; properly lighted, clearly marked, proper signage, and all in good repair

Rooms 106, 125, 212, 201: The finish of the shower/tub is chipping and in disrepair. Maintenance indicates that there is a work order in the process to have these resurfaced. Indicated to submit the information about the resurfacing to our office prior to completing the work to ensure it meets compliance.

Toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair. Walls, floors, and ceilings shall be constructed of easily cleanable nonabsorbent materials and shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed red mold like substance on shower head in room 463, 402; observed red mold like substance in tub in room 354.

There should be proper ventilation, no sign of mold, mildew, odors or moisture
