Rooms 106, 125, 212, 201: The finish of the shower/tub is chipping and in disrepair. Maintenance indicates that there is a work order in the process to have these resurfaced. Indicated to submit the information about the resurfacing to our office prior to completing the work to ensure it meets compliance.
Toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair. Walls, floors, and ceilings shall be constructed of easily cleanable nonabsorbent materials and shall be kept clean and in good repair
