There is no available documentation to show there is a current, certified CPO associated with the pool. The trained operator shall have a current certificate showing completion of an approved operator training course. A copy of the original certificate or documentation shall be available onsite for inspection by the Health Authority.

.17(2) The alkalinity does not meet minimum requirements. Alkalinity is required to be at 60ppm minimum and 180 ppm maximum. Speak with CPO about adjusting the alkalinity in the pool, then verify the pH is within proper range

Observed that the gate to the pool was not latching; appeared to be an issue with the self-closing device causing the gate to not close completely and then latch. CA: A barrier shall be maintained to inhibit unauthorized access to the pool when required.

Observed that the main drain and equalizer lines did not have VGB compliant drain covers on them. CA: Suction outlets shall have VGB compliant covers and be compliant with ANSI/APSP-16.

Observed that the emergency phone was not operational. CA: Facility shall have an operable, hard-wired, conventional telephone line or continuously powered, weather proof emergency phone.

Observed that the skimmer did not have a weir. CA: Each skimmer shall have a weir that adjusts automatically.

Observed that there were no float valve assembly in skimmer. CA: Skimmer equalizer lines shall be protected by an approved cover.

Observed that the facility had sun chairs and tables that were within four feet of the pools edge. CA: Pools shall have a minimum of four feet of continuous, unobstructed walking area at all times.

Observed that the hours of operation was not posted. CA: The hours of operation shall be posted.

Observed that the facility did not have the words, "No diving" nor the international symbol for "No Diving". CA: In areas of the pool where the water is 5 feet or less, the words "No diving" and the international symbol for "No Diving" shall be present and compliant with the requirements of these Rules and Regulations.
