2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Observed handwashing sink next to grill on the front food service line blocked with a trash can placed in front of it and a plastic container placed in the sink. CA: Handwashing sinks shall be maintained so that they are accessible at all times for employee use. COS: The CFSM removed the trash can and plastic container so that the handwash sink was accessible for employee use.

Observed multiple plastic squeeze bottles containing TCS sauces (Brown Mustard, Mayo) date marked 4/16/26. CA: TCS foods must be discarded if it is kept for longer than 7 days. COS: All sauces with a date greater than 7 days were discarded.
