Corrective Action: Discussed replacing cutting boards when they are no longer able to be properly cleaned with the PIC. Surfaces such as cutting blocks and boards that are subject to scratching and scoring shall be resurfaced if they can no longer be effectively cleaned and sanitized, or discarded if they cannot be resurfaced. The PIC discarded the cutting boards and will order more.

Corrective Action: Discussed having the ice machine repaired or replaced with the PIC. The ice machine is currently scheduled for maintenance. All equipment must be kept in good repair. The facility will purchase ice from approved sources to be used in ice baths until the ice machine can be repaired. This will be rechecked by the Health Department.
