CA: PIC was notified. All TCS items were discarded as it was unclear when these were open. Unopened shelf-stable items that were not opened were relocated to another cold-holding unit. The reach-in was placed out of service and will be serviced by a licensed technician. Documentation of the repair must be available for review. This unit should not be used until it has been re-checked by the Health Department.
