Observed food in walk in freezer with ice buildup (chicken wings and diced chicken). CA: Food must be stored protected from contamination and in dry, clean food storage container. COS: pic discarded chicken. COS:

Observed pan of lemons set in ice bin used for drinks. CA: Ice used for consuming must be maintained in clean location. Cannot be used for storage of anything. COS: pic removed pan of lemons.

Observed wet soiled towels on prep surface and throughout kitchen. CA: towels must be stored in sanitizing solution or placed into dirty towel sack away from prep area. COS: pic removed towels.

observed handles of in use utensils down in dry food (sugar containers, flour containers, salt container). CA: In use utensils must be stored to maintain handles above food. COS: pic removed scoops and washed. Health Dept. will re-check in use utensil storage.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(a) - good repair & proper adjustment (c)
Observed ice buildup around door and throughout walk in freezer. CA: Equipment must be maintained in good repair. COS: 1 week for maintenance and written documentation for repairs. Health Dept. will recheck.

17B - garbage/refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(5)(m) - outside storage, prohibitions (c)
Observed trash and broken glass around facility grounds and dumpster lid and side doors open. CA: Facility must be maintained in clean condition and maintain dumpster lid and doors closed/sealed to prevent harborage of pest. COS: pic will clean by 3/9/26. Health Dept. will re-check 3/4/36 Trash cleaned up around grounds of facility.
17B - garbage/refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained

Observed outdoor storage building in need of cleaning/organization. CA: Storage buildings must be maintained in good, clean condition to prevent harborage of pest. COS: No corrective on site. Health Dept. will re-check building 60 days.
