Observed deli meat and cheese held past 7 days CA: Food must be discarded in 7 days including the date of preparation/cooking of first ingredient or unsealed deli meat and soft cheese. COS: pic discarded deli meat and cheese.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(q)1&3 - good repair & calibration (c)
Observed walk in freezer door not closing properly and pic has difficult time with door opening and closing. CA: Equipment/walk in freezer or walk in freezer door should be maintained in good repair. COS: Walk in freezer and walk in freezer door/heating element around door to be serviced and replaced if needed Health Department will follow up with Walk in freezer door.
