Corrective Action: PIC was notified. These items were stored in the cooler overnight; therefore, they were discarded. Per conversation with PIC, the gaskets on the cooler were recently serviced and the technician noticed this drawer wasn't able to close and seal properly and is scheduled to return on Wednesday, 9/18, to repair the drawer. PIC placed "out of service" sign on drawer and will not store any TCS foods in this drawer until repaired and able to maintain proper cold-holding temperature.
