Inspector observed scoop handle stored in direct contact with bulk sugar. COS - PIC relocated scoop to scoop holder built into top interior part of container. Corrective action: Dispensing utensil's handles shall be above the top of the food.

Observed PIC handling food without washing hands while changing tasks. PIC was on phone prepping food and scooped broccoli out of vegetable prep sink with hand used while on phone. COS PIC washed hands. Advised PIC to train all food handlers to wash hands when changing tasks.

Observed no employee health agreements. PIC stated she didn't know what they were. Gave spanish and English version of employee health agreements that must be signed by employees and kept on file.

No clean up kit or procedure for a vomit/diarrheal event. Advised PIC to order kit. Gave PIC some procedure handouts.
