Inspector observed utensils air drying in contact with sanitizer bag. COS-relocated utensils to 3 compartment sink for cleaning, washing, and sanitizing. Corrective Action: Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles
15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(4)(b) - fixed equipment, spacing or sealing (c)
Inspector observed seal to wall in disrepair on handwashing sinks. Corrective Action: Equipment that is fixed because it is not easily movable shall be installed so that it is:
(i) Spaced to allow access for cleaning along the sides, behind, and above the equipment;
(ii) Spaced from adjoining equipment, walls, and ceilings a distance of not more than one thirty-second inch or 1 millimeter; or
(iii) Sealed to adjoining equipment or walls, if the equipment is exposed to spillage or seepage.

Inspector observed mop drying in mop bucket. Corrective Action: After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies.
