Observed several opened packets of processed food. CA - PIC will ensure that all ready to eat foods (cooked or prepackaged) are date marked.
16B - plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(r) - system maintained in good repair (p, c)
Observed a clogged handsink at the entrance of the kitchen. CA. - PIC will contact a vendor service the sink.
