Observed the dishwasher failing to produce any sanitization (0ppm). CA: PIC was advised to contact Ecolab to recalibrate the machine to dispense the proper amount. For the time being they will use the 3 compartment sink.

Observed the curtains in the WIC and WIF broken and need of repair. CA: Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under subsections (1) and (2)of this Rule.
