Observed the hand washing sinks are being used to dump food/drinks into the sink. Hand sinks shall be used for only hand washing. Advised PIC to ensure that handsinks are not used for any other purpose.

Observed ice cream container stored inside the hand sink station at the front ice-cream bar. Hand sinks shall be used for only hand washing. Advised PIC to ensure that handsinks are not used for any other purpose.

Observed build up substance on soda nozzle. All food contact surfaces shall be cleaned to sight and touch. CA-EHS advised PIC to clean to touch and sight

Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(k) - controlling pests (pf, c)
observed heavy presence of gnats and flies. CA: PIC was advised to have the establishment treated for pest and to clean regularly to reduce their presence
14C - single-use/single-service articles: properly stored, used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(g)(1)&(3) - kitchenware and tableware, single-service/-use items properly handled to protect food-/lip-contact surfaces (c)
Observed the ice scooper submerged under the ice. COS: PIC removed the scoops to stand straight up
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed cooler in disrepair. Advised PIC to fix the broken equipment in the upstairs bar. There are tiles behind the bar that are broken and causing a trip hazard while creating puddles when mopping. CA: Good Repair. All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair
