Observed single service food containers stored on the floor of the store room. (CA) Advised the PIC that the articles need to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. cleaned equipment and utensils, laundered linens, and single-service and single-use articles shall be stored:
(i) In a clean, dry location;
(ii) Where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and
(iii) At least 6 inches (15 centimeters) above the floor.

Observed a mold like substance in the ice machine. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned: In equipment such as ice bins and beverage dispensing nozzles and enclosed components of equipment such as ice makers, cooking oil storage tanks and distribution lines, beverage and syrup dispensing lines or tubes, coffee bean grinders, and water vending equipment. PIC will increase the cleaning frequency of the ice machine.

Observed food buildup in the gaskets of the reach in coolers and reach in freezers. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues. PIC will have non food contact surfaces cleaned.
