Observed stained linen, bedding with burn holes, and mattress with burned area. Ca: ensure all rooms for patrons meets the following code: Washable mattress pads or covers shall be used on all mattresses. Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin. Each bed shall be provided, as a minimum, with two sheets and one pillow and pillowcase. After each occupancy and upon the request of the occupant, sheets and pillowcases shall be changed with fresh laundered linens. During occupancy, linens shall be changed at a minimum frequency of not less than weekly
15 - ice from approved source; properly handled, supplied and stored; equipment approved/clean

Observed the failure to maintain the ice chute free from observed build up of black accumulation. PIC shall in existing tourist accommodations permitted prior to the adoption of this rule, the use of existing self-service ice-storage bins may be continued, provided that the machines are maintained in good repair and capable of being properly cleaned and sanitized according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. Further, a copy of the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions shall be maintained onsite for review at the request of the Health Authority

Observed a small section of the barrier missing to the proper swimming pool. Ca: provide permanent repair to fence before Thursday and temporary by tomorrow. Code: Regulations of the Department and/ county in which govern the design, construction, operation and maintenance of swimming pools or spas shall apply to pools and spas operated in conjunction with a tourist accommodation
