CA: Management stated that repairs will be made and no tcs food products will be stored in the walk in freezer or cooler until it is verified by Glynn EH that the units have been repaired and are capable of maintaining the necessary temps to keep tcs products at 41 deg f or below.

It was observed on 08/17/2023 that the walk in freezer was still non operational and that the walk in cooler was properly functioning and cold holding tcs egg soufflé cups at 40 deg f with an ambient temp of 38 deg f.

It was observed on 08/17/2023 that the creamer machine was cold holding milk at 37 deg f.
