Observed fried eggs and sliced cheese stored uncovered in prep top cooler at the time of this inspection. COS: Facility covered uncovered foods. CA: Facility must ensure that stored foods remain covered at all times when not in use to prevent vertical contamination.

Observed ice buildup on multiple food storage boxes in the walk in freezer at the time of this inspection. CA: Facility must ensure that stored food does not come into contact with ice or water.
15B - warewashing facilities: installed, maintained, used; test strips

Observed facility did not have chemical sanitizer test strips available for staff use at the time of this inspection. CA: Facility management must ensure that chemical sanitizer test strips are available for staff use at all times to ensure that sanitizer is at proper concentration.

Observed walk in freezer door was not closing all the way and was causing ice buildup around door frame at the time of this inspection. CA: Remove ice from walk in freezer door to ensure that freezer door can close properly.
