Observed beef, sausage, and bacon being left uncovered in reach in cooler in kitchen area at the time of this inspection. COS: Management covered. CA: Packaged and unpackaged food shall be stored covered to prevent vertical contamination.

Observed ice machine had a dark moldlike buildup on the inner part of machine above ice at the time of this inspection. COS: Cleaned. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.
