4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(a)1 - equipment, food-contact surfaces,& utensils (pf)
Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility soda gun at the bar displayed significant buildup on the soda dispensing surfaces. COS: Unit was cleaned and sanitized. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that all food contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized often enough to keep them clean to sight and touch as well as sanitary.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(n) - manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization-temperature, ph, concentration, hardness (p,pf)
Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility dish machine was not dispensing sanitizer. COS: Multiple issues were addressed sanitizer supply was restored. CA: Glynn Eh instructs management to ensure that an appropriate amount of sanitizer is being supplied by the dish machine when in use. (Chlorine-50-100ppm is ideal)
12A - contamination prevented during food preparation, storage, display
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(i) - storage or display of food in contact with water or ice (c)
Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility had seafood stored in direct contact with ice. The ice had no way to drain off. CA: Glynn Eh instructs management to ensure that no foods are stored in direct contact with ice unless the ice has the ability to drain away from the food as it melts.
