2-1C - no bare hand contact with ready-to-eat foods or approved alternate method properly followed
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(a)1,2,3,4(i) - preventing contamination from hands (p), (pf), (c)
Observed during the course of this inspection that the staff was attempting to work with ready to eat foods without wearing gloves. COS: Staff was instructed to wear gloves. Staff complied. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that staff are wearing gloves or using utensils when working with ready to eat foods at all times.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized

Observed during the course of this inspection that 1 of the 2 facility ice machines displayed significant black buildup inside of it. The ice machine to the right. COS: Staff were instructed not to use that specific ice machine. Staff complied. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that all internal surfaces of the ice machines are cleaned and sanitized often enough to keep them clean to sight and touch as well as sanitary.
