Observed food debris build up on the food contact surface of the microwave at the time of this inspection. CA: Increase cleaning frequency to prevent build up. Staff member cleaned microwave.

Observed a container with hot dogs past their seven day expiration date (05/02/26) in a reach in cooler in the main kitchen area at the time of this inspection. COS: Discarded. CA: A food that requires datemarking shall be discarded if it exceeds 7 days.

Observed a large bag of popcorn kernels being stored directly on the floor in dry storage area at the time of this inspection. COS: Removed from floor. CA: All food must be stored at least 6" from floor.
