Observed mold like build up on the butter lid and on butter in the WIC at the time of this inspection. CA: PIC discarded butter and shall ensure food items are sealed and discarded if contaminated. COS

Observed CFSM not being displayed for the public to see at the time of the inspection. CA: Certificate shall be displayed where the public may see.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(a) - handwashing cleanser, availability (pf)
Observed soap dispenser not working at hand wash station in the main kitchen and soap was missing from bar hand wash sink station at the time of this inspection. CA: Ensure Hand wash sinks are supplied with soap at all times.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(n) - manual and mechanical warewashing equipment, chemical sanitization-temperature, ph, concentration, hardness (p,pf)
Observed during the course of this inspection that both facility dish machines were not dispensing the appropriate amount of sanitizer solution. COS: Glynn EH instructed management to cease the use of these machines until repaired and switch to 3 comp sink for all dishes/equipment. Management complied. CA: Glynn Eh instructs management to ensure that both chlorine machines are being tested daily to ensure an appropriate concentration of 50-100ppm. Any time the units are found to be dispensing less than 50ppm management should cease use of the units until repairs are made.

Observed ice on top of boxes in the WIF at the time of this inspection. CA: PIC shall move boxes from under the drip and have the WIF drain repaired.

Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(k) - controlling pests (pf, c)
Observed drain flies inside the bar area at the time of this inspection. CA: Facility shall contact pest control to eliminate the issue.

Facility did not have Inspection report or permit posted where the public could see at the time of this inspection. CA: Facility shall post inspections and permits where the public may see them.

Observed mold like build up on multiple surfaces inside the WIC at the time of this inspection. CA: Facility shall increase cleaning frequency to prevent build up.
