Observed cream cheese in breakfast area reach in cooler above 41F at the time of this inspection. COS: Facility discarded the out of temperature cream cheese. CA: Facility turned up the dial on the reach in cooler and it is now able to maintain an ambient temperature below 41F.

Observed chemical sanitizer dispenser non-operational at the time of this inspection. COS: Facility has adjusted procedures to measure sanitizer directly from the bottle to make sanitizer. CA: Facility stated they will contact ecolab to have the dispenser repaired/replaced.

Observed facility not using sanitizer or testing sanitation levels properly at the time of this inspection. COS: Facility switched pump stations so sanitizer was now coming out and inspector instructed the managers how to properly test sanitizer levels. CA:Manager stated he will instruct staff on the proper way to test sanitizer levels as well as making sure sanitizer comes out when using the pump.
