Observed none of the exhaust vents in the bathrooms turning on or pulling air from the bathrooms at the time of this inspection. CA: ensure air and fumes are being removed from the bathroom by mechanical ventilation

Observed severe gapping in the back door of the laundry area. CA: Repair weather stripping to ensure tight seal

Observed during the course of this inspection that the shower curtain rings in multiple rooms were rusting and in bad condition. CA: Glynn Eh instructs management to begin replacing the shower curtain rings in rooms where they are in bad condition

Observed during the course of this inspection that multiple housekeeping carts had chemicals stored in a messy way where they presented a contamination risk to single service items and clean linens. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that housekeeping carts are maintained in a way that they do not create a contamination risk to clean linens or single service items such as cups and toilet paper

Observed back door in main laundry room has outside light coming through the frame at the time of this inspection. CA: Ensure that all exterior doors of the facility are properly sealed to prevent unwanted access by pests
