Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(e)1&3 - single-service/single-use items stored 6" off floor in clean, dry location (c)
Observed during the course of this inspection that the mobile had a cup of single use knives and forks that displayed debris buildup in the bottom of it. COS: Cup and utensils was discarded. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that all single service items are kept in a clean, dry, location at least 6 inches off of the floor.
