Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility deli slicer displayed old food buildup on food contact surfaces. COS: Management cleaned and sanitized equipment. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that the food contact surfaces of the deli slicer and all other equipment is cleaned often enough to keep it clean to sight and touch as well as sanitary.
